Hi Dave,
For your ideas for recipes…I vote for tacos cuz everyone can help. Also basic breaded chicken dipped in milk and breadcrumbs fried in a little oil served with a couple of veggies, rice and salad. Quick and simple.

Robin,
Thanks, I do the same thing with chicken, instead of milk — I use egg ( beaten ) than bread crumbs and pan fry. The boys like when I slice the cutlets thin and pan fry quickly, followed by topping off with marinara and provolone for a basic Chicken Parm.
