My favorite book is Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom. It’s my favorite because the author ( an accomplished sportswriter based in Detroit ) realizing what’s most important in life is not the things we accrue or covet, rather the relationships we forge through life, as he did with his professor whom he reconnects with after hearing of news that his professor is suffering from ALS and dying. Life being the scramble it always will be, the book by Albom puts context to what’s life’s most important lesson, the journey and the people along the way.
